Step 4: Check for errors

Set the settings above to a single copy per team, and preview to check for any errors. Common signs include:

• A team has name "undefined"
• A team has too few (or only one) match listed
• A team has too few (or only one) match listed

All of these errors are almost always caused by an incorrectly entered team number in the spreadsheet. Fix it.

Step 5: Print and Cut

Recommendation for Tournament Organizers: Use 6 or 12 copies per team, and uncheck "Collate Prints", then hand one sheet to each team, to allow them to cut them apart themselves.
Recommendation for Teams: Use 4-6 copies per team, and check "Collate Prints". Bring a printer to the tournament, and cut the sheets in stacks of (the number you chose above), then have multiple team members work together to distribute them to teams.
